Information we handle
- Order details: products, variants, amount, payment status, and delivery information supplied through checkout.
- Enquiry details: name, email, project description, budget, timing, and references you choose to send.
- Technical information: limited security and service logs required to operate the site.
How information is used
Information is used to answer enquiries, prepare custom quotes, fulfil orders, prevent fraud, meet accounting and legal obligations, provide support, and improve the store. We do not sell personal information.
Payment information
PayPal handles payment credentials and returns the order, capture, payer and delivery fields needed to confirm and fulfil a purchase. ITX & CO. does not receive full card numbers. Paid orders and shipment records are stored by the order backend; private order links use a random access key. PayPal’s own privacy terms apply.
Enquiry storage
Build enquiries submitted through this site are stored in the app’s WorkBuddy cloud database. The public form has insert-only access: visitors cannot use it to browse or read other enquiries.
Service providers
WorkBuddy supplies application hosting and enquiry storage; PayPal supplies payment processing; the selected carrier or 17TRACK supplies shipment tracking when a real tracking number is available. Email, content delivery and security providers may process limited information where needed.
Retention
Enquiries are retained only while useful for the project and follow-up. Order, invoice, and tax records may need to be retained for the legally required period. Confidential project files should be deleted when no longer needed, subject to any legal hold.
International processing
Using a cross-border store can involve processing in other countries. Where required, appropriate safeguards should be used for international transfers.
Your choices
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your information, and may object to certain processing. Contact hello@itxandco.com. Identity may need to be verified before completing a request.
