Product imagery marked as a concept render is illustrative. Exact component models, materials, finishes, dimensions and compatibility are confirmed in the written order or build proposal. Launch prices are configuration guides where explicitly stated.
Compatibility and customer information
The customer is responsible for providing accurate hardware models, revisions, measurements and relevant photographs. Fit approval applies to the agreed configuration; later hardware changes may require a new review. No temperature, noise or performance result is guaranteed without testing the finished system.
Orders and payment
Prices are shown in USD. An accessory order is accepted when payment and order confirmation are completed. A saved system configuration is not a paid order. Complete-system procurement begins only after the exact parts, total price, freight and scope are approved. We may cancel and refund an order that cannot be fulfilled, contains an obvious pricing error, cannot be shipped lawfully, or presents a fraud or security concern.
Custom builds and changes
A custom project begins only after the customer approves the written bill of materials, design direction, compatibility notes, total price and production window. Changes after approval may affect price, timing, fit and warranty responsibilities and require a new approval.
Electrical and installation safety
Disconnect power and follow appropriate anti-static procedures before installation. Never mix modular PSU cables between supplies or models. Do not connect 5V ARGB equipment to a 12V RGB header. Stop using hardware that shows heat damage, loose connectors, unusual smell, smoke or physical displacement.
Customer-supplied hardware and data
You confirm that you own or are authorised to provide hardware, designs and other material. Back up data before shipping a system or storage device. Do not send passwords, recovery keys, confidential files or dangerous material without a separate written agreement.
Shipping, returns and warranties
The shipping policy and returns policy form part of these terms. Manufacturer warranties and workshop workmanship coverage must be identified in the final order. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Intellectual property
Site copy, original layouts, brand assets and product imagery may not be republished as another store’s products or used to imply affiliation. Third-party hardware names are used only to describe compatibility; no manufacturer endorsement is implied.
